Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the service

The service analyzes how AI engines respond to buying-related questions and reports whether a brand is mentioned, cited, or recommended, along with related scores and comparisons. Results are generated by querying third-party AI models and web sources, and are provided for informational purposes to help you understand and improve your AI visibility.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service, and the service is intended for business and professional use rather than for children.

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in access secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. In particular, you must not: submit for scanning any website or brand that you do not own or otherwise have the right to test; attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems; or copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying source code or models of the service.

You must not use the service to violate the rights of others, to send spam, or to break any applicable law. We may suspend or limit access that we reasonably believe violates these rules or threatens the security or integrity of the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Scan results are estimates derived from third-party AI models and web sources. AI model outputs are probabilistic and change over time, so results may be incomplete, may vary between runs, and should not be treated as guaranteed, exhaustive, or a substitute for your own judgment.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The service offers a free scan and paid plans with additional features. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our billing page, where you can upgrade, change, or cancel at any time.

There is no long-term lock-in. If you cancel, you keep access to your paid features through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period. Except as required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable. Current plan details are available on the billing page.

Intellectual property

We own the service, including its software, design, scoring methodology, and all related intellectual property. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, such as your domain, brand details, and competitor names. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use and process those inputs, and the results we generate from them, as needed to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts or forums competent for that location, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
